Milwaukee’s Collections of Colonies of Bees is closing out their third decade in style on Celebrities, an album that pushes the post-rock outfit’s music into a genre we’ll call post-dance indie. Led by founding member Chris Rosenau, the Bees’ formidable playing stakes out new territory for the band. These songs are hook-laden and inviting without ever being trite or facile.
